Principal's Message

Greetings Lightning family:

Here at Varsity Lakes Middle School we are not just a school.....we are a family! We encourage and support one another and take pride in the accomplishments of our Varsity Scholars. The administration, faculty, and staff believe strongly in the value of a quality education and strive to provide the best educational opportunities, programs, and instruction.

We take very seriously our responsibility to prepare students for the challenges they will face in high school and beyond. Therefore, we focus on producing collaborative problem-solvers that are independent, critical thinkers. Our goal is to ensure that every Varsity Scholar maximizes their individual academic potential.

Each day at Varsity Lakes Middle School is an opportunity to better yourself by making positive choices. Live each moment to the fullest and take the opportunity to improve yourself, learn and grow as an individual, and maximize your potential every day. Life is full of choices and your choices will lead you down different paths. Choose a path to greatness, Varsity Scholars……We are there to support you every step of the way.

The administration, faculty, and staff at VLMS is committed and dedicated to providing the foundational skills and support necessary for a postsecondary path to greatness. After all, greatness is a choice and the path that leads to it is open to all Varsity Scholars.

It is evident by participation in the numerous service organizations, clubs, and sports teams, that students at Varsity Lakes Middle School are choosing a path to greatness. Continue to take advantage of the opportunities that lie in front of you.
