FortifyFL In March of this year, the legislature passed, and Governor Scott signed Senate Bill 7026, which outlined new requirements for the procurement of a “mobile suspicious activity reporting tool that allows students and the community to relay information anonymously concerning unsafe, potentially harmful, dangerous, violent, or criminal activities, or the threat of these activities, to appropriate public safety agencies and school officials.” This tool is now operational and can be accessed at: FortifyFL - Submit a Tip The application, which is available online and for download for both Android and Apple devices, provides a mechanism for students, parents and the community to submit tips regarding public or private schools to designated law enforcement and school officials throughout the state. The application is free. Any tips submitted via FortifyFL are sent to local school, district and law enforcement officials, and the designated officials are contacted until one or more of them take responsibility for taking action on the tip. Suspicious Activity Reporting App FortifyFL is a suspicious activity reporting tool that allows you to instantly relay information to appropriate law enforcement agencies and school officials. Suspicious Activity Reporting App Quickly Sends To Authorities FortifyFL automatically routes your tip report to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and school officials. Your School Officials The tip report goes to your local school officials when submitted. Local Law Enforcement Your local police department or sheriff office receive copies of your tips automatically. State-Level Officials State-level officials also have access to your tips to make sure proper steps are taken. Quickly Sends To Authorities

Eighth Grade End-of-Year Activities
Eighth Grade End-of-Year Activities
End-of-Year eighth-grade activities will include a field day event during the last week of school (date TBD) and an eighth-grade dance. The dance is scheduled for May 29th from 6 - 8:30 pm in the VLMS cafe. Unfortunately, there will be no promotion ceremony or end-of-year field trip. We are no longer able to secure a viable venue to host our promotion ceremony due o the size of our eighth-grade class and conflicts with scheduling. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
